• Daily maintenance of the garden, swimming pool and beach.
• Night security from 6 pm to 6 am.
• Support from our local manager with questions and arrangements for your stay.
• The 10% local tax on the villa rental.

Groceries and drinks are at your own expense. Ayu and Sepi will be happy to discuss your meals with you. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.
For bookings of seven nights or more, we welcome you with a complimentary welcome dinner and breakfast. This gives you time to unwind after your journey, without having to worry about anything on your first evening and morning.
After your welcome breakfast, you can arrange your meals directly with Ayu and Sepi. The menu gives you an idea of the different Balinese dishes and is mainly intended as a guide. Of course, they will also be happy to prepare other dishes to suit your preferences.
The rental price excludes energy costs. With normal use, these are approximately US$2.23 / £1.67 / A$3.18 per person per day. No energy costs are charged for children under two. These costs will be deducted from your security deposit after your stay.
There is no need to leave the air conditioning on all day to enjoy a comfortably cool bedroom. Please switch it off when leaving the room and keep windows and doors closed while it is in use.
In the event of excessive energy consumption, for example when the air conditioning is left on all day while the bedroom is unoccupied, the additional energy costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
The separate Bali tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person is not included in the rental price. This levy has applied since 14 February 2024 and is separate from the local tax on the villa rental.
Unless you qualify for an exemption, you pay this yourself through the official Love Bali website.

We will be happy to arrange your airport transfer, a car with a driver, excursions or a massage at the villa. These extras are charged separately. We will let you know the costs in advance.
Check-in is available from 4 pm. Check-out is by 12 noon.
Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? Please let us know in advance. We will be happy to see what is possible, depending on other bookings.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is payable within five days. The remaining balance and a security deposit of approximately US$279 / £208 / A$398 are due no later than two months before arrival.
Booking within two months of arrival? The full rental amount and security deposit are payable within five days of confirmation.
Your security deposit will be returned within two weeks after your stay, less any energy costs and charges for damage.
Have your travel plans changed? Please contact me as soon as possible. We will be happy to discuss your options and see whether your stay can be moved to another available period.
In the event of cancellation, rental payments already made are generally retained. If we are able to rebook your original dates, a full or partial refund may be possible. We will confirm any arrangements in writing.
As we reserve the entire villa for your group, we have less flexibility than a hotel with multiple rooms. We therefore recommend taking out suitable travel and cancellation insurance.
