Everyone has worked at Villa Bima Sena for many years, and together we form a close, warm family. With care, attention and always a big smile, they make our guests feel welcome and at home from the moment they arrive.
What always gives me peace of mind is knowing that I never have to worry about the service at the villa. I know my team welcomes our guests with warmth and personal attention, doing everything they can to make each stay special.

Ayu and Sepi
For many guests, Ayu and Sepi are the familiar faces of Villa Bima Sena. They keep the villa beautifully cared for, prepare delicious meals and are ready to help whenever needed. Their warmth, enthusiasm and infectious laughter make many guests feel at home straight away.
Budi – Manager
Budi makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He is your contact for practical questions and personal requests, and regularly stops by during your stay to check that everything is to your liking.
Putu and Made – Night Security
IPutu or Made is on duty every evening and overnight, from 6 pm to 6 am. This means there is always someone nearby if you need help.
Kadek – Garden, Pool and Beach
Kadek keeps the tropical garden, swimming pool and the beach by the villa clean and well maintained every day. His daily care helps you make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Juta – Driver and Guide
For transport and day trips, we have worked with Juta, our regular driver and guide, for many years. He knows the area extremely well, takes you comfortably to Bali’s most beautiful places and is happy to help plan routes and excursions. A car with driver can be booked at an additional cost.
